| 摘 要： | 目的:了解淮安市新生儿苯丙酮尿症(PKU)的发病情况。方法:在新生儿出生72h并充分哺乳后,采集足跟血制成滤纸血片,应用荧光测定法测定血片中苯丙氨酸的浓度。结果:从2002年3月～2004年底,在淮安市42483名新生儿中共筛查出苯丙酮尿症患儿10例,新生儿PKU的发病率为1∶4248。结论:在新生儿疾病筛查工作中,要重视筛查工作的质量,逐步提高筛查覆盖率,提高淮安市儿童保健水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To realize incidence of phenylketonuria in Huaian.Methods: Sample of heel blood collected from newborn after 72 hours, and dropped on stipulated filter paper to determine the phe concentration of blood according to fiuorometric methods.Results: From 2002 to 2004 in Huaian, totally of 42 483 newborns were screened for PKU, 10 cases of PKU detected with an incidence of 1∶4 248.Conclusion:In development of neonatal screening, it is necessary to attach more importance to quality of screening and gradual increasing coverage of screening, improvement of level of child health care in Huaian. |
