非小细胞肺癌患者肺耐药蛋白和多药耐药相关蛋白的表达及其临床意义

目的 检测肺耐药蛋白和多药耐药相关蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达情况.并探讨其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化方法对术前未经化疗、术后病理诊断明确的92例肺癌组织标本并以20常肺组织作为对照进行了多药耐药相关蛋白（MRP）、肺耐药蛋白（LRP）表达的检测.并对病理类型、分化程度、临床分期、预后等进行统计学分析.结果 （1）92例肺癌组织中MRP、LRP及其两者共表达的阳性率分别为53%、52%和45%,均显著高于正常肺组织中的表达水平（P〈0.05）.（2）MRP、LRP蛋白表达在不同病理类型、不同分化程度之间具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,而在不同年龄、性别、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况等均无明显差异.另外,MRP、LRP蛋白的表达与患者预后密切相关,且随着耐药蛋白表达种类的增加,生存曲线水平下降.结论 NSCLC中MRP、LRP的表达可能在肺癌的原发性多药耐药中起不同程度的作用,检测NSCLC中MRP、LRP在判断患者预后.指导肿瘤化疗方面具有重要的临床意义.

Expression of lung resistance protein and multi-drug resistance protein in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of the lung resistance- related protein （LRP） and multi-resistance protein （MRP） in non-small cell lung carcinomas （ NSCLC ） and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of LRP and MRP in 92 lung tissue samples of NSCLC and 20 samples of normal lung was detected using immunohistochemical Envision method. The correlation of LRP and MRP expression; with clinical pathology and prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of LRP and MRP was 54% and 59% respectively in 92 NSCLC cases, and the dual expression of LRP and MRP was 45%, which were significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues cases. There was a correlation of LRP and MRP expression with pathology of lung cancer. The expression of LRP and MRP was higher in adenocarcinoma and high- differentiated tu- mors than that in squamous cell carcinoma and low-differentiated tumors. The expression of LRP and MRP was negatively corre- lated with the overall survival rate of NSCLC patients. Conclusion The expression of LRP and MRP is involved in the multi-drug resistance of NSCLC and is related to prognosis in patient with NSCLC
