麦芽醇等对血小板体外聚集的影响

摘    要:
以ADP、胶原为诱导剂观察了麦芽醇、764-3、莨菪亭对人血小板体外聚集的影响,并与阿魏酸钠、654-2比较。结果表明:对ADP诱导下的血小板聚集,3种药物的抑制作用与阿魏酸钠、654-2比较无显著差异,较瑞香素弱,其ID50分别为麦芽醇0.38g·L-1;764-30.51g·L-1;莨菪亭0.56g·L-1。在胶原诱导下麦芽醇的抑制作用与瑞香素、灯盏花素比较无显著性差异,莨菪亭作用稍弱,ID50:麦芽醇0.28g·L-1,莨菪亭0.79g·L-1,瑞香素0.20g·L-1,灯盏花素0.76g·L-1。

Abstract:
The impact of Maltol, Escopletin and 764-3 on human platelet aggregation induced by ADP or collagen has been investigated. It is found that there is no remarkable difference between the inhibitary effect of the above three medicines on platelet aggregation caused by ADP and that of sodium ferulate and 654-2. Their impacts, however, are weaker than that of Daphnetin. The ID50 of Maltol, 764-3, and Escopoletin are 0.38, 0.51 and 0.6 g·L-1, respectively. The inhibitary effect of Maltol on platelet aggregation caused by collagen is undifferent from the effect of Daphnetin and Brevisearpin, of which the effect of Escopoletin is weaker. The ID50 of Maltol, Escopletin, Daphnetin and Breviscarpin caused by collagen are 0.28, 0.79, 0.20 and 0.76 g·L-1 respectively.
