摘    要:
目的:观察常用大鼠全脑缺血/再灌注模型在缺血及再灌注过程中rCBF及EEG的变化。方法:用perflux-3型多谱勒灌注监测测定局部脑血流量变化。用脑电图仪监测脑电波变化。结果:2VO组,3VO组与颈动脉分流组在缺血25min时rCBF较V4VO组下降明显。3VO组颈动脉分流组再灌注30s内rCBF上升较4VO组及2VO组变化较慢。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the changes of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and electroencephalography (EEG) during ischemia and reperfusion in four kinds of rat with complete cerebral ischemia model. Methods:rCBF and EEG in every kind model groups were measured or monitored by perflux-3 oppler perfusion monitor and EEG. Results:The rCBF of two vessel occlusion groups (2VO), three vessel occlusion groups (3VO), carotid shunt groups (CS) had significant decline compared with 4VO groups' at 25min after ischemia (p<0.05). The rCBF of 3VO and CS groups had significant increase compared with 4VO and 2VO groups' in 30s during reperfusion (p<0.05).EEG in 3VO groups changed at first, CS groups' danged sligltly and slowly. 3VO and CS groups had low dead rate. Conclusions: 3VO and CS models had advantages in complete ischemia, rapid reperfusion and low dead rate. The speed of CS model ischemia was slightly slower than 3VO model, which was suitable for subacute and chronic complete cerebral ischemia reperfussion experiments. 3VO model ischemia speed was rapid, which was suitable for acute complete cerebral ischemia/reperfusion experiment.
