改良灌肠法在陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤术前肠道准备中的应用

目的 探讨改良清洁灌肠方法在陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤术前肠道清洁中的应用效果。方法 将41例陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤的患者分为实验组23例、对照组18例,实验组采用改良方法灌肠,即灌肠过程中结合窥阴器的应用、体位的改变,应用质地软的一次性导尿管;对照组采用传统方法灌肠。结果 实验组灌肠效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 改良方法灌肠,能有效地提高陈旧性会阴Ⅲ度裂伤术前肠道清洁过程中肛管插入直肠的成功率,灌入液量多,灌肠次数少,肠道清洁彻底,缩短了灌肠时间,减轻了对肠道黏膜的损伤,减轻了患者的痛苦。

Application of improved enema in preoperative bowel preparation for patients with thi rd-degree old perineal laceration

Objective To discuss the effect of improved enema method in preoperative bowel preparation for patients with third-degree old perineal laceration. Methods 41 patients with third- degree old perineal laceration were divided into experiment group（n = 23）and control group （n = 18）. The experiment group were taken improved enema method, such as using of＂ vaginal speculum and disposable urinary catheter during enema, changing of posture. The control group were given traditional enema method. Results The effect of experiment group was obviously better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved enema method can effectively improve the success rate of inserting the anal tube into rectum during bowel preparation for patients with third-degree old perineal laceration, increase fluid volume of enema, reduce the number of enema, thoroughly clean intestinal canal, shorten time of enema,lighten the damage to intestinal mucosa,and alleviate pain of patients.
