| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腓肠肌内侧头岛状肌皮瓣在修复膝部软组织缺损的临床应用。方法用腓肠肌内侧头岛状肌皮瓣向前向上翻转90～160°修复膝前、膝上下端及内侧创面13例。结果肌皮瓣全部获得Ⅰ期愈合,膝关节功能良好。结论腓肠肌内侧头岛状肌皮瓣转位是修复膝部(外侧除外)皮肤软组织缺损的较好方式。
