| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨温经通络法外治类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:选用温经通络中药治疗35例类风湿关节炎患者,观察疼痛、肿胀、压痛、晨僵、握力变化,以了解中药外治类风湿关节炎的疗效。结果:治疗后患者主观疼痛评价、关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、晨僵积分均下降,握力提高。总体疗效评价:临床缓解率8.57%,显效率11.43%,有效率71.43%,无效率8.57%,总有效率为91.43%。结论:温经通络中药具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用,外治类风湿关节炎疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:35 Patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)were treated with external traditional Chinese medicine.We observed the painful joint,the swelling joint,the tenden joint,the time of morning siffness and the grip strength.The effect was evaluated after one month.Results:The number of painful joint,number of swelling joint,number of tenden joint and duration time of morning stiffness showed decreased.The grip strength improved.It showed satisfied clinical effect.Conclusion:Herbs with the effect of warming channels and dredging collaterals has effect at anti-inflammation,analgesia with satisfactory therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis by external treatment. |
