| 摘 要： | 目的：研究含有硅酸盐类矿物中药的经方的肠道吸附作用。方法：重点分析和总结了4首含有硅酸盐类矿物中药的经方特点,通过体外实验研究猪苓汤中的滑石、桃花汤中的赤石脂和黄土汤中的灶心土对肝脏、肾脏功能衰竭中的常见有毒物质的吸附作用,其中与肝脏有关的是血氨,与肾脏有关的是肌酐、尿素氮和血钾。结果：体外实验证实,猪苓汤中的滑石和桃花汤中的赤石脂对肌酐、高血钾有较强的吸附作用;黄土汤中的灶心土对血氨也有很强的吸附作用。它们的吸附效果在一定范围内呈现量效递增关系。结论：此类经方可能有肠道吸附作用,应该是临床治疗肝脏、肾脏疾病行之有效的方法;并且此类药物不被吸收,不入血,基本没有副作用。
