加速康复外科在老年结直肠癌手术护理中的效果观察

目的探讨加速康复外科(FTS)在老年结直肠癌手术护理中的临床疗效和安全性。方法将88例老年结直肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组43例和观察组45例。对照组采用传统的围手术期处理方法,观察组采用FTS方案。观察比较两组患者术后首次排气时间、饮食时间、下床时间、住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的首次排气时间、饮水时间、下床时间及住院时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),且患者住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为4.4%(2/45)和11.6%(5/43),两组患者并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用FST方案治疗老年结直肠癌围手术期患者,疗效确切,安全可靠,可以加速患者术后康复,减少住院时间和住院费用。

The Effects of Fast Track Surgery on the Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fast track surgery （FTS） in the perioperative nursing of el- derly patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 88 elderly patients with colorectal cancer were divided into the control group （43 cases） and the observation group（45 cases） randomly. The patients of the control group were given conventional perioperative nurs- ing, while the patients of the observation group were given FTS regimen. The patients＂ postoperative first exhaust time, eating time, bed time and their length of stay, cost of hospitalization and the incidence of complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The postoperative first exhaust time, drinking time, getting out of bed time and length of stay of the observation group were all significandy shorter than those of the control group; the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Hospital- ization costs were obviously lower than those of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group and the control group was 4.4%（2/45） and 11.6% （5/43）, respectively; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion FST regimen is effective and safe for the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with colorectal cancer, which can accelerate the rehabilitation of the patients, reduce their lengths of stay and costs of hospitalization.
