阴茎癌行部分切除术患者性功能下降与焦虑、抑郁的关系

目的探究阴茎部分切除患者性功能下降与焦虑、抑郁的关系。方法2008年12月至2011年12月行阴茎部分切除的阴茎鳞状细胞癌患者共46例，通过国际勃起功能指数调查问卷（IIEF-15）、焦虑和抑郁自评量表（sAs／sDs）分别在术前及术后3、6、9、12个月评估患者性功能、焦虑和抑郁情况，进一步分析性功能的下降与焦虑、抑郁的关系。结果患者术后勃起功能、性高潮、性欲、性生活满意度和总体满意度较术前均显著下降，焦虑及抑郁的程度较术前显著上升，而且患者术后性功能的下降与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关。结论阴茎部分切除患者术后性功能的下降与焦虑、抑郁症状的加重呈显著相关。

Relationship between sexual dysfunction and anxiety or depression in penile cancer patients after partial penectomy

Objective To explore the relationship between sexual dysfunction and anxiety or depression in penile cancer patients after partial penectomy. Methods From December 2008 to De cember 2011, a total of 46 squamous cell carcinoma patients after partial penectomy were enrolled. The International Index of Erectile Function （IIEF-15）, self-rating anxiety/depression scales （SAS/ SDS） were used to assess the sexual function, anxiety and depression of patients in the preoperative and postoperative 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, and the relationships were analyzed. Results Com- pared with the preoperation, the degree of erectile function, orgasm, sexual desire, sexual satisfac- tion and overall satisfaction were significantly decreased. However, the degree of anxiety and depres- sion were higher in patients after surgery. In addition, the sexual function were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression. Conclusions The sexual function of penile cancer patients after partial penectomy were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression.
