姜三七挥发油指纹图谱研究

摘    要:
目的建立姜三七挥发油气相色谱指纹图谱。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,色谱柱为DB-1701(30m×0.25μm×0.32 mm)毛细管柱,检测器为FID检测器,采用程序升温,柱温110℃,保持5 min,以4℃min-1的升温速率升至160℃,保持3 min;再以2℃min-1的升温速率升至180℃,保持3 min;最后以3℃min-1的升温速率升至240℃,保持3 min。结果依据11批药材的指纹图谱数据建立共有模式,得到共有峰10个。结论本测定方法为姜三七药材的质量评价提供了科学依据。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a GC fingerprint of essential oils from Radix camptan drae yunnanensis. Methods Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. A DB-1701 silica capillary column(30 m×0.25 μm×0.32 mm) was used with a FID detector. The injection port and detector temperatures were 210 ℃ and 280 ℃ respectively. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas(25 mL min- 1). The splitting ratio was 10 :1. The temperature program was used: keeping the column temperature at 110 ℃ for 5 min, increasing at 4 ℃ min- 1to 160 ℃ for 3 min; then increasing at 2 ℃ min- 1to 180 ℃ for 3 min; finally 3 ℃ min- 1to 240 ℃ for 3 min. Results According to 11 batches of sample fringerprint data we established a mutual mode, and got 10 common peaks. Conclusion The method is reliable in evaluating the quality of Radix camptan drae yunnanensis.
