| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨先天性冠状动脉瘘的外科治疗方法。方法：9例患者均在体外循环下手术,其中4例在心脏跳动中施行,5例在心脏停跳下施行。结果：全组无手术死亡或严重手术后并发症。结论：体外循环直视下手术是治疗先天性冠状动脉瘘安全有效的方法,该法远期效果亦满意。瘘口进入右心系统者可以在心脏跳动中施术,瘘口进入左心系统者则需在心脏停跳下手术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the ways of the surgical experience of congential coronary artery fistula.Methods:9 patients underwent surgical operation under extracorporeal circulation.Among them, 4 patients did so on beating heart and 5 patients on cardioplegic arrest.Results:There was no operative death and neither severe postoperative complication in this group of patients.Conclusion:The surgical correction of congential coronary artery fistula under extracorporeal circulation is safe and effetive,with good long term results, the patients with drainage site of the right heart chambers can be operated on with beating heart and the patients with drainage site of the lelf heart chambers must be operated on with cardioplegic arrest. |
