| 摘 要： | 分析78例慢性肝病病人,发现血清球蛋白及γ-球蛋白在肝病血瘀证病人中显著增高,活血化瘀治疗后,随着血瘀证临床表现的改善,血清球蛋白及γ-球蛋白也显著下降。说明血清球蛋白及γ-球蛋白作为肝病血瘀证的客观化指标,其可靠性、特异性、敏感性均高。其中γ-球蛋白的特异性显著优于血清球蛋白。

| Abstract: | It was found that in 78 cases of chronic hepatitis of blood stasis type, the serum globulin and r - globulin were all markedly increased. After treated with blood -activation stasis - elimination method, in addition to the amelioration of clinical manifestations, there were also marked decrease of serum globulin and r- globulin, demonstrating that serum and r -globulin can be served as objective indicators for blood stasis type hep-atopathy which is reliable, specific and sensitive. |
