七氟醚对大鼠疼痛行为的影响及脊髓星形胶质细胞的激活作用

摘    要:目的:观察七氟醚对大鼠后爪趾部切口疼痛模型的疼痛行为和脊髓星形胶质细胞激活程度的影响.方法:选取健康成年SD大鼠100只,雌雄各半,建立大鼠疼痛模型,选择造模成功模型80只,随机分为对照组(n=50)和七氟醚处理组(n=40).分别于术前,术后6h,24h,3d,5d各随机选取10只大鼠,计算累计疼痛评分及机械缩足反射阈值.取L4~6脊髓,观察胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)变化并进行半定量测定.结果:两组的累计疼痛评分无统计学差异.两组的机械缩足反射阈值在术后先降低后逐渐升高.七氟醚处理组的阈值于术后5d恢复至正常,而对照组的阈值在术后5d仍低于正常.与对照组相比较,七氟醚处理组同侧脊髓背角的GFAP染色虽轻度增强,但未出现明显的峰值.结论:七氟醚则可能通过抑制脊髓星形胶质细胞的激活来减弱术后的机械痛敏.
