摘    要:
目的:观察Roux-en-Y胃旁路术对非肥胖糖尿病Goto-Kakizaki(GK)大鼠血糖和血脂代谢的影响.方法:18只GK大鼠随机等分为Roux-en-Y胃旁路手术组(RYGB组)、假RYGB组和对照组;观察手术后1,2,4,12 wk各组血清葡萄糖和胰岛素变化,观察手术后4,12 wk血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油和游离脂肪酸含量以及口服葡萄糖耐量试验和口服葡萄糖后胰岛素变化.结果:手术后各组摄食量无差异(F=1.222,P=0.322);手术后RYGB组空腹血糖较假RYGB组和对照组明显下降(F=10.064,P=0.002);RYGB组空腹胰岛素较假RYGB组和对照组明显升高(F=56.138,P=0.000).手术后RYGB组4,12 wk口服葡萄糖耐量试验血糖值曲线下面积明显减少(F=4.738,P=0.016),与假RYGB组和对照组比较均存在统计学差异(P=0.039,P=0.028);胰岛素值曲线下面积明显增加(F4 wk=192.112,P=0.000;F12 wk=228.284,P=0.000).RYGB组术后血清总胆固醇显著下降(P<0.05);血清三酰甘油和游离脂肪酸在RYGB组均明显降...
