RGD多肽结合型长循环脂质体的肿瘤靶向性研究

摘    要:目的 :研究RGD(精氨酸、甘氨酸、天门冬氨酸 )多肽结合型长循环脂质体的肿瘤靶向性。方法 :将长循环脂质体 ,通过共价键反应与RGD基元多肽进行结合 ,然后研究其在荷瘤小白鼠体内的肿瘤靶向性。结果 :RGD结合型长循环脂质体在Colon26荷瘤小白鼠体内具有较好的肿瘤靶向性。结论 :含RGD基元多肽结合型长循环脂质体可能成为一种新型的受体介导靶向制剂

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the tumor targeting of RGD-PEG-liposomes METHODS:RGD-PEG-liposome was prepared by reverse phase evaporation method and combination with GRGDS peptide Tumor targeting was studied in Colon 26 tumor bearing mice RESULTS:RGD-PEG-liposomes showed good tumor targeting effect on colon 26 tumor bearing mice CONCLUSION:RGD containing polypeptide conjugated,long-cyclic lipsome may become a new-type,receptor-mediated targeting agent
