| 摘 要： | 目的了解杭州地区性病门诊患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)临床流行病学情况,为HPV感染的防治提供依据。方法选择300例性病门诊患者,其中150例尖锐湿疣(CA)患者和150例无CA的患者。CA患者取疣体组织,无CA患者男性取龟头和冠状沟表面细胞组织,女性取宫颈管细胞组织,提取DNA后进行HPV基因芯片杂交分型。结果 300例患者中单一型HPV感染150例,双重、三重、四重和五重HPV感染分别为24例、10例、6例和3例。CA患者和无CA患者均以低危型HPV6和11最常见,高危型则以HPV16、33、52、58和68较为常见。150例无CA的患者中也有55例HPV检测阳性,阳性率高达36.7%。女性HPV多重感染性率16.42%高于男性的3.6%(P<0.01)。结论杭州地区性病门诊患者以低危型HPV6和11感染为主,无CA的性病门诊患者也具有较高的HPV感染率。
