睾丸扭转的诊治分析

 目的提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平，减少误诊的发生。方法回顾性分析13 例睾丸扭转的临床资料。结果13 例患者均行超声检查，其中12 例提示睾丸血流信号的减弱或消失。术中见13 例全部为鞘膜内睾丸扭转，其中6 例行睾丸切除及健侧睾丸固定术；7 例行睾丸扭转复位固定及健侧睾丸固定术。6 h内手术者睾丸均保留，而6~12 h 之间手术者仅1 例行保留睾丸，>12 h手术者均行患侧睾丸切除术。结论怀疑睾丸扭转者应该在6 h内手术，彩色多普勒血流动态显像对于明确诊断十
分重要。早期诊断、及时手术探查是避免睾丸坏死的关键。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Testicular Torsion
