柴胡桂枝汤治疗甲亢的理论探讨

中医药可以辅助西药治疗甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢),具有高效缓解甲亢症状,预防药物过敏反应,缩短疗程,巩固疗效,降低复发率等优势。笔者从跟师学习及临床实践发现,运用经方柴胡桂枝汤联合西药治疗甲亢可有效缓解甲亢相关症状,具有较为理想的临床疗效。因此,笔者尝试从柴胡桂枝汤经方组成、配伍、历代医家沿用情况及现代基础研究出发,结合甲亢病因、病机及致病特点,探讨其治疗甲亢理论基础,为临床运用中医药治疗甲亢提供相关理论依据,提高药物治疗甲亢治愈率。

Theoretical research of Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi decoction in hyperthyroidism

TCM plays key role in relieving symptoms of hyperthyroidism, preventing allergic reactions, shortening the course of treatment, consolidating the curative effect, and reducing the recurrence rate. It points that the combination of Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction with western medicine for anti-hyperthyroidism treatment is benefit of releasing the symptoms of hyperthyroidism and taking ideal clinical effect. Therefore, we try to study composition,compatibility,clinical use situations of physicians,modern research of Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction and pathogenic characteristics of hyperthyroidism in order to provide sufficient theoretical basis for clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism that would improve curative ratio of hyperthyroidism.
