康复新液湿敷与安普贴外敷治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的对比康复新液湿敷与安普贴外敷治疗压疮的疗效，观察康复新液湿敷治疗压疮的临床治疗效果。方法76例压疮患者分为康复新组和安普贴组。康复新组采用康复新液湿敷法，每日换药2～3次，安普贴组采用安普贴外敷法，每周更换敷料2次。观察疗效。结果2组治疗均能促进压疮愈合，治疗21d后康复新组压疮分泌物消失44倒（70．97％），结痂38例（61．29％），总有效率95．16％；安普贴组分别为27例（51．92％），21例（40．36％），总有效率73．08％。2组疗效有显著性差异。结论康复新液湿敷法和安普贴外敷法均能促进压疮的创面愈合，缩短创面愈合时间，且康复新的疗效更佳。

Observation on therapeutic effects of Kangfu solution wet-to-moist and Anpu plaster dressings in treatment of bedsore

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of Kangfu solution wet-to-moist and Anpu plaster dressings in the treatment of pressure sore,and investigate clinical effects of Kangfu solution wet-to-moist.Methods Seventy-six patients with pressure sore were randomly divided into the Anpu plaster group and the Kangfu solution group.Kangfu solution wet-to-moist was adopted in the Kangfu solution group,changing the drug for 2 to 3 times every day.Anpu plaster dressing was used in the Anpu plaster group, changing the dressing for 2 times every week.The curative effects were observed after two kinds of therapy,respectively.Results The treatment of the two groups can promote the concrescence of pressure sore.Twenty-one days later,there were 44(70.97%) and 27 cases((51.92%)) in the disappearance of secretion,38(61.29%) and 21(40.36%) cases in scab,with a total effective rate of 95.16% and 73.08% in the Kangfu solution group and the Anpu plaster group,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Both of the two methods are effective in treating pressure sore and shortening the healing time.The Kangfu solution group is much better than the Anpu plaster group in terms of the therapeutic effect.
