开放式康复管理对慢性精神分裂症患者自我效能感影响

目的 :探讨开放式综合康复管理对慢性精神分裂症患者自我效能感影响。 方法 :抽取 3 6例符合CCMD -3精神分裂症诊断标准 ,病程超过 5年 ,在我院住院 1年以上 ,符合入组标准的慢性精神分裂症病人。观察组 18人 (男 10、女 8人 )为康复区、康复工场病人 ,对照组 18人 (男 10人、女 8人 )为普通病区病人。评定工具用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表 (IPROS)和自我效能感量表 (GESE)进行对照评定分析。 结果 :观察组的IPROS、BPRS量表总分明显低于对照组、而自我效能感 (GESE)量表评分观察组高于对照组(P <0 0 5 ) ,经多元逐步回归分析GESE评分与工疗情况、治疗手段呈线性关系 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :开放式综合康复管理训练能有效地提高慢性精神分裂症患者的自我效能感 ,提高面对环境挑战信心 ,促进社会功能正常化。

The Administration of openly comprehensive rehabilitation impacts on the self-efficacy of chronic schizophrenics

Object To discuss the adminisgration of openly comprehensive rehabilitation,which was effectve on the self-efficacy of chronic schizophrenics. Mehod There was availability of selecting randomly 36 cases chronic schizophrenics,who accorded with CCMD-3 diagnostic standard and were in our hospital over 1 year, with 5 years disease-course. The observed group comprised 18 patients (male 11,female 8),who were in rehabilitation region or rehabilitation yard.The control group comprised 19 patients(male 11,fenale 8),who were in common therapeutic region.The patients were assessed by brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS), inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale (IPROS) and general self-efficacy scale (GESE).Result The total score of either IPROS or BPRS in observed group was clearly lower than that of control group,while the score of GESE in observed group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05) According to the multiple regression analysis.the score of GESE was linearized with the work cure condition and the therapeutic method (P<0.05).Conclusion The administration of openly comprehensive rehabilitation could improve the self-efficacy of chronic schizophrenics, increase their confidence in facing challenges from environment and advance the normalization of social function. ;
