| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多项自身抗体和补体检测在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）诊断中的意义。方法采用免疫荧光技术测定抗核抗体（ANA）和抗双链DNA抗体（抗-dsDNA）,采用免疫印迹技术测定抗可提取性核抗原抗体（抗-ENA）,应用免疫速率散射比浊法测定补体C3、C4水平。结果183例SLE患者ANA阳性率为95．6％,抗-dsDNA阳性率为69．9％,抗-ENA总阳性率为55．2％,抗-dsDNA和抗-ENA联合检测阳性率为80．9％,SLE患者补体C3、4。明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P％0．05）。结论自身抗体和补体联合检测可提高SLE患者的诊断率。
