| 摘 要： | 目的观察早期肠内营养联合中药对胃癌术后患者体液免疫及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将24例胃癌手术患者随机分成两组,治疗组先滴注健脾通里中药煎剂100 ml后再滴注瑞素500 ml,对照组先滴注9.0 g/L氯化钠注射液100 ml,再滴注瑞素500 ml,每天1次,连续7 d后检测免疫球蛋白IgAI、gMI、gG及胃泌素（gastrin,GAS）含量,并观察胃肠功能的恢复情况。结果治疗组血浆IgA、IgM明显升高,肛门排气、排便复常时间,胃管引流量,胃管放置时间明显短于对照组;对照组术后GAS显著下降,而治疗组无明显下降。结论胃癌术后早期应用中药并辅以肠内营养,能够提高患者的体液免疫功能,促进胃肠激素的分泌,促进胃肠功能的早日恢复。 |
