| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨再生肝磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌中表达及相关性.方法 采用免疫组化法对30例鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌组织行PRL-3和EGFR检测,并用20例鼻腔正常黏膜组织做对照.结果 PRL-3 和EGFR 在各级鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌组织中均有表达,与正常鼻黏膜比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05),均有... |
