药学干预前后我院住院患者氟喹诺酮类应用情况分析

目的调查药学干预前后该院住院患者氟喹诺酮类药物使用情况,并指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法抽取该院2010年2月份、6月份含氟喹诺酮类药物病例,分析病例中氟喹诺酮类药物在用药金额、感染性疾病、外科围手术期、与茶碱类合用等方面的应用情况。结果药学干预后氟喹诺酮类用药金额降低,在感染性疾病、外科围手术期、与茶碱合用等方面应用更加规范。结论药学干预效果明显,氟喹诺酮类药物的应用更加符合抗菌药物临床应用指导原则。

Application of fluroquinolones drugs to hospitalized patients before and after pharmaceutical care
