摘    要:目的探索用超临界CO2萃取射干成分的最佳工艺条件。方法以射干萃取物得率为考察指标,采用正交试验方法,优选射干SFE-CO2最佳工艺。结果当压力为33 MPa,温度为50℃,流量为15 kg·h-1,时间为2 h时,为射干萃取的优选工艺。结论该工艺具有萃取率高、速度快、操作简便等优点,可用于射干药材的提取。

Abstract:Aim To study the extraction technology of the components from Belamcanda chinensis by supercritical CO2 extraction.Methods With extraction yield of Belamcanda chinensis as investigation index,the best SFE-CO2 extraction was ascertained by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimal condition for the extraction yield of Belamcanda chinensis was as follows: extraction pressure 33 MPa;extraction temperature at 50℃,CO2 flow rate 15 kg·h-1,and extraction period 2 hours.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid with higher extraction yield,so it is suitable for the extraction of Belamcanda chinensis.
