| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)与数字减影血管造影术(DSA)在短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的应用价值。方法选取已接受脑血管DSA检查的短暂性脑缺血发作患者42例,并与其术前TCD检查结果进行分析比较。结果 DSA检查显示31例TIA患者存在颅内外血管狭窄或闭塞(73.8%);35例TIA患者TCD检查异常(83.3%)。TCD与DSA符合性以DSA为标准,TCD对颈内动脉系统诊断血管狭窄或闭塞的敏感性91.8%,特异性95.0%,符合率94.6%;TCD对椎基底动脉系统诊断血管狭窄或闭塞的敏感性82.0%,特异性88.2%,符合率86.9%。结论 TCD与DSA检查联合应用可为短暂性脑缺血发作的诊治提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the reliability of trans-craninal Doppler(TCD)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods 42 cases with TIA were chosen to analyze and compare the results of TCD and DSA.Results DSA showed that 31 patients with TIA were found stenosis or occlusion of blood vessels(73.8%);while abnormalities of intracranial arteries were detected by TCD in 35 patients with TIA(83.3%).According to DSA results,the sensitivity of TCD in diagnosing internal carot... |
