肾上腺无功能性肿瘤26例分析

１９８３年７月至１９９３年６月期间共收治肾上腺无功能性肿瘤２６例,占同期肾上腺肿瘤的１４．２％。资料显示Ｂ超是早期筛选和诊断的有效手段,ＣＴ检出率达１００％。本组恶性肿瘤占３８．５％,最小直径仅２ｃｍ,故即使是无功能性肿瘤也宜手术治疗。术前应行详细的生化检查以便与“静止性”有功能肾上腺肿瘤,特别是“静止性”嗜铬细胞瘤相鉴别。

Clinical Analysis of 26 Cases of Nonfunctional Adrenal Tumors

From July 1983 to June, 26 Cases of nonfunctional adrenal tumors were treated in our hospital, it accunt for 14.2 per cent of the tolal adienal tumors during the same period. Ultrosomography was shown an effectire diegnostic method, espeually for early screen. The detection rate of CT-scanning was 100%. Because the malignantic tumors make up 38.5%, and the smallest diameter was only 2cm, We suggest that even though the tumors without function should also be operated. Before operation, detailed biochemical tests should be down in order to distinguish with the "Still" functional adrenal tumors, especially with "still" pheochromocytoma.
