| 摘 要： | 本文通过对70例头颈部肿瘤(40例恶性肿瘤,30例良性肿瘤)红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(ESOD)活性和血浆过氧化脂质(P-LPO)含量检测,发现头颈癌患者E-SOD活性明显降低(P<0.05),P-LPO含量显著升高(P<0.001),E-SOD/P-LPO比值缩小。有颈部或远处转移组P-LPO含量明显高于非转移组(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤组术后7天内P-LPO含量较术前更高(P<0.05),但与非恶性肿瘤组术后P-LPO含量变化相似。本文对头颈癌患者体内自由基代谢的变化进行分析。 |

A PRILIMINARY STUDY OF ERYTHROCYTE SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE AND PLASMA LIPID PEROXIDE IN THE PATIENTS WITH HEAD AND NECK NEOPLASMS |

| Abstract: | Erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E-SOD) activities and plasma lipid peroxide (PLPO) contents were measured in 40 patients with malignant tumors and 30 patients with benign tumors in head and neck regions. The results showed that the E-SOD activities decreased in the patients with malignant tumors remarkably compared with the control (p<0.05), and that the P-LPO contents increased remarkably, in the patients with the malignant compared with the control or the patients with the benign tumors(p<0.001), in the patients with matastasis compared with them of non-matastasis (p<0.05), and in the patients with the malignant or the nonmalignant in post-operative 7 days compared with the preoperative patients (p<0.05) Free radical metabolism in the patients was also studied |
