| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析8例经临床诊断为可逆性后部脑病综合征的临床、MRI资料及随访结果。结果示8例患者均有血压升高，临床表现有视物模糊（6例）、癫痫发作（6例）、剧烈头痛（4例）、烦躁不安（4例）、近期记忆力减退（2例），影像学改变以血管源性脑水肿为主，预后良好。

| Abstract: | A retrospective study was conducted in 8 patients with reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome to analyze the clinical and MRI findings and follow-up outcomes of the disease.The participants clinically presented with elevated blood pressure(n=8),blurred vision(n=6),severe headache(n=4),dysphofia(n=4),impaired shon-term memory(n=2),and seizure(n=6).The most important imaging finding Was vasogenic edema,which showed better prognosis. |
