提高药理学专任教师教学水平的探讨

摘    要:提高药理学专任教师的教学水平是提高教学质量的关键,也是药理学专任教师迫切需要解决的问题之一。通过开展教师的临床实践培训、增加课堂临床案例教学等方式增加临床实践,是提高教师教学水平的重中之重。积极开展教师的集体备课,则是提高教师教学水平的有力保障。

Abstract:The key of improving teaching quality is to improve teaching levels of full-time pharmacological teachers.It is also an urgent problem need to be solved now.By carrying out teacher trainings in clinical practices and increasing clinical cases in class,the teaching levels would be improved soon.Collective lesson preparation is another effective teaching method to be used in class.
