溴氯海因杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性的试验观察

摘    要:为了解溴氯海因的杀灭微生物效果与对金属腐蚀性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验及腐蚀试验。结果,以含溴氯海因20mg/L的溶液对大肠杆菌作用75min,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,以含溴氯海因500mg/L的溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用90min,杀灭率均≥99.93%;以含溴氯海因100mg/L的溶液作用10min,对悬液中HBsAg抗原性破坏合格。菌悬液中含小牛血清50%(ml/ml)对其杀菌效果无明显影响,其杀菌效果随温度升高、作用时间延长而增强;但其对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果,却以含溴氯海因500mg/L溶液(pH4.32)者较好,1500mg/L溶液(pH≤3.96)者反而下降.该粉剂置54℃±1℃放置14d,有效氯(溴)下降率为0.93%。经含溴氯海因200mg/L的溶液浸泡72h,不锈钢无腐蚀,铝、铜有轻度腐蚀,碳钢有中度腐蚀、因此,该化合物为杀菌作用较好、较稳定且腐蚀性较小的消毒剂。

Abstract:In order to know the germicidal efficacy of bromochlorohydanloin and its corrosiveness to metals, quantitative suspension germicidal test and corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing bromochlorohydantoin 20 mg / L for 7.5 min, Staphylococcus aureus exposed to this solution for 10 min and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to the solution containing bromochlorohydantoin 500 mg/L for 90 min were ≥99.93%. The solution containing bromochlorohydantoin 100 mg/ L with a 10 min contact time destroyed HBsAg antigenicily in suspension to an eligible level. Presence of 50% (ml/ml) calf serum in the bacterial suspension had no significant influence on its germicidal efficacy. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing temperature and prolonging contact time. However, its efficacy in killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores was good when the solution containing bromochlorohydantoin 500 mg/L (pH4.32) was used, in contrast, the efficacy of the solution containing bromochlorohydantoin 1 500 mg/ L (pH≤3.96) decreased. The available chlorine (bromine) content of its powder decreased by 0.93% after storing at 54℃±1℃ for 14 days. After immersing in the solution containing bromochlorohydantoin 200 mg/ L for 72 h, there were no corrosion of stainless steel, slight corrosion of aluminum and copper and moderate corrosion of carbon steel. Therefore, this compound is a disinfectant with good germicidal efficacy, good stability and little corrosiveness.
