| 摘 要： | 目的:分析131I治疗Graves病的临床疗效和医疗成本。方法:对104例确诊Graves病的适应证患者行131I治疗、定期随访。结果:104例接受131I治疗的Graves病患者治疗后均无不良反应发生,随访6～36个月,其中治愈62例,好转41例,一次治愈率59.6%,有效率99.0%;肿大的甲状腺明显缩小;131I治疗与手术治疗或抗甲状腺药物治疗Graves病相比,医疗成本明显较低。结论:131I治疗Graves病具有良好治疗效果和医疗成本优势,有良好的应用前景。
