| 摘 要： | 目的:研究精神病住院患者的自杀因素及其护理干预措施。方法:对2008年3月-2010年12月在我院住院的52例精神病患者自杀原因及护理干预措施进行回顾性分析。结果:精神病患者自杀的主要原因为:患者出现幻觉、妄想或处于抑郁状态,自杀的方式主要为自缢、服药过量及吞食异物等,其自杀的时间多为夜间和清晨。结论:护理人员在精神病患者住院期间应密切观察患者,对出现幻觉、妄想及处于抑郁状态的患者应加强观察,并针对患者的自杀原因作出相应的护理干预措施,降低精神病患者的自杀率。
