摘    要:目的探讨建立三级综合性医院临床护士绩效评价指标体系。方法采用访谈法对11名不同学历、职称、工作年限的护理专家进行访谈,运用质性研究资料分析的方法进行资料整理和分析。结果初步确立的绩效评价指标由工作数量、工作质量、工作态度和工作能力4个一级指标及11个二级指标构成。结论该评价指标体系对客观、合理评价护士绩效具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To establish the performance evaluation indicators of nurses in 3 - Grade comprehensive hospitals. Methods The in - depth interview was conducted with 11 sophisticated nursing experts with different experiences, educational backgrounds and professional titles. The data were analyzed using a qualitative phenomenological method. Results The performance evaluation indicators consisted of four first - level indicators, including work quantity, work quality, work attitude and work competence, and eleven second - level indicators. Conclusion The performance evaluation indicators would play an important role in assessing the performance of nursing staff objectively and reasonably.
