医学硕士专业学位课程设置改革研究

目的 ]　寻找我校现行医学硕士专业学位课程设置存在的不足 ,优化课程体系。　 方法 ]　主要采用了文献查阅法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等方法。　 结果 ]　目前我校医学硕士专业学位的课程设置虽然在结构上比较合理 ,但其具体课程种类及内容存在一定的不足 :43 %的研究生认为课程教学与临床结合不紧密 ,3 6%的研究生认为课程内容陈旧 ,2 8%的研究生认为课程涉及面窄 ,2 2 %的研究生认为内容与本科生课程重复等。　 结论 ]　我校医学硕士专业学位课程设置改革的建议 :增加课程种类 ,更新课程内容、教材 ,引进多样化授课方式 ,教师类型多样化等 ,以进一步提高临床医学高层次人才的培养质量

A study on innovation of course installation for professional degree of medical master

To find out the shortage of present course system for professional degree of medical master . By reference literatures reviews, questionnaires investigation and specialists consultation. Though the structure of course installation for masters' professional degree in our university is comparatively reasonable, the actual variety of courses and their contents had certain insufficiencies, for example, combination between course education and clinic not close enough, some course contents were obsolete, narrow and with repeatition etc. Conclusion] We should add kinds of courses, renew course contents and textbooks, introduce various teaching methods, diversify types of tutor etc. so as to improve the quality of talented high-degree medical persons.
