| 摘 要： | 目的评价保存羊膜移植治疗眼化学烧伤的疗效。方法对15例17眼化学烧伤患者采用甘油保存的人羊膜移植术治疗进行回顾性分析。其中碱性烧伤9例10眼,酸性烧性4例5眼,其他2例2眼。结果16眼羊膜移植术后2~3周愈合,1眼经第2次羊膜联合角膜缘移植痊愈,所有患者治疗后形成了稳定的眼球表面,视力均有不同程度提高。结论羊膜移植可有效地用于重建角结膜表面,减轻炎症反应,减少新生血管的生成,抑制纤维组织增生,对重建眼表功能是一种较好的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of preserved amniotic transplantation on the treatment of chemical burn.Methods Fifteen patients(17 eyes) with chemical burn underwent preservd amniotic transplantation.Results Of the 15 patients,16 eyes were healed up in two or three weeks after treatment,and the other one eye was healed up after the second transplantation.After the operation,a firm ocular surface was formed and the vision improved.Conclusion Preserved amniotic membrane transplantation is an effect surgical method to the reconstruction of ocular surface.It can not only relieve the inflammatory reaction and the growth of blood vessel but also restrain the hyperplasia of fibre tissue. |
