摘    要:
目的 探讨轮状病毒性肠炎粪便中SIgA(分泌型IgA)含量的变化。方法 采集 76例轮状病毒性肠炎粪便标本作为观察组 ,取 30例正常无腹泻儿粪便标本作对照组。观察组按就诊当日所属的病程分为 3组 :病程早期组 (病程第 1~ 3天 )、中期组 (第 4~ 5天 )、后期组 (第 6~ 7天 ) ,各部分标本在病情、年龄分布上无明显差异。通过放射免疫分析方法检测粪便SIgA含量并利用SPSS统计软件对观察组与对照组均值比较。结果 观察组粪便SIgA含量较对照组显著增高 ,P <0 0 0 1。分组对照中 ,病程各期粪便SIgA含量均较对照组显著增高 ,P <0 0 0 1 ,病程中期和后期粪便SIgA含量较早期显著增高 ,分别为P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1。结论 轮状病毒肠炎患儿粪便SIgA含量在病程中呈现逐渐增高的趋势。中、后期较早期增高尤为显著

Abstract:
Objective To observe the change of SIgA(secretive immunoglobulin A) content in stool from infants and young children with rotavirus gastroenteritis.Methods Seventy six stool specimens were collected from patients in the First Hospital affiliated to Lanzhou Medical College,from July to December,2002 and were divided into the early course group ( n =30),the metaphase group ( n =26) and the late course group ( n =20) according to the course of diseases.30 stool specimens from healthy children were defined to be the control group.Results Rotavirus was detected with Enzyme Linked Immunoassay (ELISA) and the content of SIgA in specimens by Radiometric Analysis of Immunity (RIA).The contents of SIgA in specimens from 3 groups were much more than that from the control group, P <0 001.The contents of SIgA of the metaphase group and the terminal group were much more than that from the forepart group, P <0 05 and P <0 01.Conclusion It is believable that after 4th day SIgA is the main protector in intestines of patients.There is so high SIgA content in intestines after the 4th day that patients usually tend to heal without any medication against rotavirus.
