颌面部多发性骨折特征的回顾性研究

目的 :探讨面部多发性骨折的特征。方法 :对武汉大学口腔医学院颌面外科近 10年收治的 2 0 4例面部多发性骨折病例进行分析。结果 :面部多发性骨折 3 2 .3 6%发生于 2 0 -2 9岁年龄段 ,男∶女 =3 .86:1,交通事故伤占 61.76%。 63 .45 %的患者有下颌骨骨折。面部多发性骨折的发病率有增加的趋势。结论 :面部多发性骨折有明显的年龄、性别、部位特征 ,交通事故是造成面部多发性骨折的重要因素

A retrospective research in patterns of multi-site facial fractures

Objective:To invistigate the pattern of multi-site facial fractures and secure valuable information to prevent and cure such kind of fractures.Method:204 casenotes of patients who received treatment between January 1993 and December 2002 in Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of stomatology college ,Wuhan university were analysized.Result: 32.36% multi-site facial fractures occurred in 21-29 years interval.The ratio of male to female was 3.86:1.61.76% cases were caused by traffic accidents and 63.46% multi-site facial involved with mandible.The number of cases increased according to time.Conclusion:Similarly,age ,gender and site were characteristic factors in such kind of fractures.Currently,traffic accidents was the main aetiology causing multi-sites facial fractures.
