800名新生HBsAg阳性率调查

目的：了解青海医学院新生入校时HBsAg的阳性率,为预防和控制感染提供依据。方法：对青海医学院800名新生采用ELISA法测定HBV血清标记物。结果：受检学生HBsAg阳性率为5．5％,低于全国平均水平。农村学生HBsAg阳性率明显高于城镇学生（P＜0．01）;汉族、藏族学生HBsAg阳性率与其他民族之间有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：总HBsAg阳性率低于全国水平与近年普及乙肝疫苗注射有关,而城乡与不同民族之间差异与生活卫生条件和经济状况等因素有关。

The investigation of HBsAg positive rate in 800 freshmen

Objective To investigate the positive rate of HBsAg in freshmen of Qinghai medical college,and provide the data for preventing and controlling infection of HBV Method An pidemiological survey on positive rate of HBsAg in freshmen had been carried out by ELISA technique.Result The result showed that the positive rate of HBsAg in freshmen was 5 5%,lower than the average level of the nation The serum HBsAg positive rate in students from countries were higher than those from cities (P<0 01) There were significant differences among Han, Tibetan students and other minority nationalities(P<0 01) Conclusion The result of the statistic test on the serum positive rate of HBsAg in freshmen of Qinghai medical college showed that it closely related with living ways,health conditions,environments and incomes
