日本6年制药学教育的实习模式及特点

Study on the Practical Training of Japan''s Six-year Pharmaceutical Education

Training pharmacist is a key goal of Japan＇s six-year pharmaceutical education. Practical training in hospital and drugstore is an essential part of producing talents in pharmaceutical care. This paper presents an introduction on practical training goal, model and instruction content of Japan＇s six-year pharmacy specialty. On the base of Japan＇s experience, these aspects of clinical pharmacy specialty in our country such as the practical training system, professional ethics education and diversification of practical training place were discussed. It is expected to provide essential reference to raising the quality and regulating the instruction system of practical training.
