宫颈癌肿瘤干细胞的研究进展

宫颈癌已成为妇科的常见肿瘤,且发病率逐年升高,药物和妇科手术治疗对肿瘤虽取得一定疗效,但中晚期肿瘤普遍预后不良的局面并没有改变。肿瘤干细胞是癌症发生的基础,大量研究表明宫颈癌的发生、发展与肿瘤干细胞的表达状况明显相关。近年来宫颈癌干细胞的研究取得了一些新的突破性进展,现就宫颈癌干细胞致瘤机制、诊断和治疗状况予以综述。

Research Progress of Cervical Cancer Stem Cells

Cervical cancer has become the most common gynecologic tumors,and the incidence has been increasing,although drug and gynecologic surgery on tumor have obtained a certain curative effect,the poor prognosis situation of middle-late tumor has not been changed.Tumor stem cells are the basis of cancer,and a large number of studies have shown that the genesis and development of cervical cancer and the expression of cancer stem cells are significantly correlated.Cancer stem cell research in recent years made some new breakthrough,and here is to make a review on cervical cancer stem cells tumorigenic mechanisms,the diagnosis and treatment.
