2型糖尿病与听力损害

2型糖尿病引起的听力损害多表现为双侧对称性的感音神经性耳聋,以高频听力下降为主。2型糖尿病引起听力损害的报道逐年增多,但其发病机制尚不清楚,目前认为主要与非酶糖化、二酰甘油-蛋白激酶C、多元醇通路、炎症损伤、活性氧等有关,其共同特点是通过多种途径直接或间接使内耳神经及滋养神经的微血管受累,最终导致听力减退。

Type 2 diabetes caused hearing impairment often presents more bilateral symmetry of sensorineural hearing loss,mainly in high-frequency hearing decrease.Reports of the disease have been seen increasingly year by year,though the main pathogenesis is still unclear.It is currently considered to be related to the impairment of microvessels of inner ear nerves and nourish nerves through non-enzymatic glycation,diacylglycerol-protein kinase C,polyol pathway,inflammatory injury,reactive oxygen species and so on,which eventually result in hearing loss.
