| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸法舒地尔(FH)治疗症状恶化的不宁腿综合征(RLS)的疗效。方法将50例症状恶化的慢性RLS随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。观察组予以静脉滴注生理盐水100mL+FH 30 mg,对照组予以氯硝西泮2 mg口服,均治疗30 d。治疗前后进行RLS严重程度评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSQI)和SF-36生活质量评分(SPS),观察不良反应。结果两组各自治疗前后和两组间治疗前后RLS的严重程度、PSQI、SPS的比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FH治疗症状恶化的RLS能够提高疗效,不增加不良反应,可以考虑将FH试用于治疗症状恶化的RLS患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Fasudil hydrochloride(FH)on treating restless legs syndrome(RLS)with aggravating symptoms.Methods 50 RLS patients with aggravating symptoms were divided into two groups randomly and equally.The observed group was given FH 100 mg per 12 hours,through vein,for 30 days.The control group was given oral Clonazepam 2mg,evening,for 30 days.The scores according to the International Restless Legs Syndrome Study Group diagnostic criteria,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index(PSQI),SF-36 Performance Scale(SPS)were obtained and adverse effects were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The scores have changed significantly after giving treatment in both groups(P<0.05)and the scores of the observed group became better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of adverse effects among them was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion It is possible to treat RLS with aggravating symptoms with FH to improve the therapeutic effect,without adding adverse effects. |
