胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷的提取工艺。方法以胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,对提取次数进行考察,选择加水量、浸泡时间和煎煮时间为考察因数,用正交试验优选胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷的提取工艺。结果黄芪甲苷的最佳提取条件是第1次加10倍量水,提取时间120 min;第2次加8倍量水,提取时间90 min。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可为胎乐颗粒中黄芪甲苷提取工艺的确定提供实验依据

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Astragaloside in Taile Granule.Methods The orthogonal experimental design was applied with the content of Astragaloside and extracting ratio as investigative indexes.Times of added water,soaking time and extracting time were investigated as the chief influencing factors.Results The optimum extraction conditions was as followed: extracting the drugs two times in water,10 and 8 times of water with extracting time of 120 min and 90 min for each,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used as the experimental basis for extraction process of Astragaloside in Taile Granule.
