| 摘 要： | 近年来趋化因子及其受体领域已经受到广泛关注。它们属于细胞因子超家族中的一种,具有众多成员。趋化因子与特异性受体相互结合,在多种生理和病理过程中发挥着重要作用。越来越多的相关研究表明,它们与肿瘤的血管生成、生长、扩散、转移和治疗都有着密切的关系。现就趋化因子及其受体在肝癌发生、发展过程中的关系以及在临床治疗上的价值进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years,the area of chemokines and its receptors has aroused wide concern.They belong to the super family of cell factors with many members.Chemokines play an important role in a variety of physiological and pathological process via binding with the specific receptors.More and more studies show that they have a close relationship with the angiogenesis,growth,diffusion,metastasis and treatment of the tumor.Here is to make a review on the correlation between chemokine and its receptors in the genesis and development of liver cancer and their value in the clinical treatment. |
