综合护理干预在手术室护理工作中的应用效果

目的探讨在手术室内护理工作中综合护理干预的临床应用效果。方法选取在我院手术室行手术治疗的患者158例,随机分为对照组（79例）和观察组（79例）,给予对照组患者手术室常规护理,在对照组患者护理基础上给予观察组患者综合护理干预。结果观察组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压的变化波动明显低于对照组患者,观察组患者的术后下床活动时间、切口拆线时间、住院时间等明显短于对照组,同时观察组患者的依从性及满意度明显高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论手术室内综合护理干预能够促进手术顺利进行、提高患者术后生活质量,值得推广

The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room

Objective To study the clinical effect of application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room.Methods 158 cases of surgery patients accepting operation in our hospital operation room were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n = 79) and the observation group(n = 79).Patients in control group were given the operating room routine care,and patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the patients in control group.Results The changes fluctuates of heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients,the bed time,time to take out stitches,in hospital time of patients in observation group were shorter than those of the control group patients.And the compliance and satisfaction of observation group patients were significantly higher than those of control group patients,and all of above differences between two groups were statistically significant(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the operation going smoothly and improve the quality of life after surgery,which is worthy to be popularized.
