他汀类药物对对比剂肾病预防作用的研究进展

对比剂肾病(CIN)是指使用对比剂后3 d内血清肌酐较基础水平升高≥25%,或绝对值升高≥44.2μmol/L,CIN不仅延长住院时间、增加医疗费用,还显著增加了住院期间心血管事件的发病率和病死率,被认为是预测心血管事件和死亡的重要指标。他汀类药物的改善血管内皮功能、抗炎、抗氧化作用可能起到保护肾脏作用。但临床试验对他汀类药物预防CIN的作用的结论并不一致。

Statins in Prevention of Contrast-Induced Nephropathy

Development of contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN),ie,a rise in serum creatinine by either ≥44.2 μmol/L or by≥25% from baseline within the first 3 days after contrast administration,is not only strongly associated with hospital stays and hospitalization costs,but also increases inhospital morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease after invasive cardiac procedures.It is considered as an important indicator of prediction of cardiovascular events and death.Statins may offer renoprotection in both acute and chronic kidney diseases because of their endothelial improvement function,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.However,conflicting reports on the use of statins for prevention of CIN are seen.
