| 摘 要： | 目的探讨银环蛇咬伤的诊治要点,提高救治水平。方法对27例银环蛇咬伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 24例痊愈出院（88.9%）,3例死亡（11.1%）。结论尽早应用抗银环蛇毒血清和适时给予机械通气是救治银环蛇咬伤的有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of bungarus multicinctus bite for improving therapeutic effect.Methods 27 subjects with bungarus multicinctus bite were retrospectively analyzed.Results 24 patients were cured(88.9%),3 patients were dead(11.1%).Conclusion The therapy of the application of antivenom of bungarus multicinctus as early as possible combined with mechanical ventilation timely is a good treatment method for bungarus multicinctus bite. |
