中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎70例临床观察

目的　观察中西医结合疗法治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法　 1 40例病毒性心肌炎患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 70例 ,对照组采用西医常规治疗 ,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用养心汤 ,每日 1剂 ,水煎服。 1 5日为 1个疗程。结果　治疗组总有效率 98.6% ,对照组总有效率 84.3 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治愈病例治疗组平均疗程 2 4.5日 ,对照组 3 6日 ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　养心汤辨证加减结合西医常规治疗病毒性心肌炎毒副作用小 ,疗效可靠安全。

Clinical observation on 70 patients with viral myocarditis treated by the combination of TCM and western medicine

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the combination of TCM and western medicine on viral myocarditis. Methods 140 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups. 70 patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine; the other 70 patients in treatment group, in addition to the therapy of control group, were treated by Yangxin decoction,one dose daily, with a treatment course of 15 days for both groups. Results The total effective rate was 98.6% in treatment group and 84.3% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);the mean cure time was 24.5 days in treatment group and 36 days in control group, there was also a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Yangxin decoction with routine western medicine is effective in treating viral myocarditis, with safety and little side effect.
